May 25, 2008 I drove 25 minutes to the restraunt to get an order of fajitas to go. The bar was not busy and there was no excuse for my order to be incorrect. The bartender assured me my order had been double checked and I left. Upon arriving home I realized that they had failed to include the tortills shells. Fajitas ARE NOT A COMPLICATED DISH. MEAT AND TORTILLA SHELLS. I'm thrilled that in a COMPLETEY EMPTY restraunt an entire kitchen could not get ONE to go order right, and the bartender was SO BUSY talking to her co-worker about how "wasted" she had gotten the night before that she too failed to make sure ONE HALF of the dish was included. I used to dine at Jack Astors several times a week, but it's apparent that the staff and service has gone DOWNHILL.
