Blue Ridge called me to reschedule an appointment due to a conflict on their side. That was fine, except for the fact that the earliest appointment they had was over 6 months later! I really liked the doctor and the medical staff, so I hated to leave for another practice, but I was very disatisified with the long waits for appointments and the attitude of the office staff. I was a patient there for over 3 years and they treated me like I was not at all important to them.
Pros: Doctors
Cons: Office staff, long waits.
