My wife and I went to Maggiano's for our 34th anniversary. Made reservations a week ahead of time and asked for a nice, quiet booth. Was told "no problem" and given an 8:30 res. on Sat. night. Got there at 5:30 to have a couple of adult bevs. and check the place out. After a couple of hours was told we could have a table at 7:30. We said, "We're in no hurry....we'll wait for our booth at 8:30". At 8:45 we got our cattle call and left the corral. Followed the "hostess" who sat us at the worst TABLE in the place, right next to the "hostess" station and a drafty side door. My wife said, "but we requested a booth" .... the "hostess" said, "oh, that's not possible (?!)".... we got up and left. Rude staff, crowded etc. Didn't get to eat!
Cons: crowded, rude uncaring staff
