Recently i had my house washed, deck stripped and stained by Precision Pressure Wash & Painting. What a pleasant group of people to work with. Very prompt and polite. Job on both house and deck turned out great. No complaints at all. Thanks Precision.

I had my house and deck power washed and my deck stained/sealed a few months back. They did a decent power washing job - who can screw that up? - but their stain job was awful. After the rains of the past week I was able to notice that water wasn't running off the wood- it just pooled and soaked in. I hate knowing that I have to have the job redone because they skimped on their work.

Recently i had my House, Deck, Driveway and widows washed by Precision Pressure Wash and Painting. What a relief to have a company with prompt and reliable customer service. The job turned out fantastic. Great group of guys to work with. Would recommended in a heart beat, no questions asked. Thanks again Precision Pressure Wash and Painting.

I recently had my deck powerwashed and restained. They did a decent job on the powerwash but dripped stain onto some of my pavement, as well as didn't cover the deck completely. The railing is a deep, rich color, but the deck surface looked spotty- when it rained water soaked into some of these spots. People coming to visit even asked what happened to the deck to make it so uneven. I called Precision back 5 times, getting replies such as "we'll stop by on this day" or "we'll call you back tomorrow afternoon to schedule some time" - or I'd leave voice mail with no return call. I always heard of people running into such poor business practices but this is the first time I've experienced it. I'm in complete frustration to the point where I just tell everyone to avoid this business- calling them repeatedly and being clear about my problem and what I expect to happen just doesn't work. So, AVOID THEM! If you have a problem you'll be ignored.
Pros: Decent powerwashing
Cons: Sloppy work, they ignore problems, don't fix mistakes
