Dr. Rich has been taking care of me for 5 years now. Both he and everyone in his practice is friendly, professional, and concerned with my health, comfort and well-being. Of all of the dentists that I have had in my 45 years, he ranks up there at the top of the list! I've also seen Dr. Tart and she's excellent too. And after reading some of the other reviews of other dentists here, I have to add that scheduling appointments, paying the bills, having my teeth cleaned, basically everything that I have to do there has been problem-free. Everyone that I deal with there in the office has always been most friendly and I've never had a problem with anything. The office also seems to have state-of-the-art equipment and I've never had problems with my cavity fillings, crowns, or anything else.
Pros: Staff, office hours, problem-free.
Cons: North Raleigh location not convenient for me but worth the drive.

I have never been to a dentist's office that the moment I walked in, the dentist came and got me, and chatted with me for a moment. Outstanding customer service, quick, don't make you wait. Our last dentist was horrible. This one is outstanding!
Pros: Fast, Efficient, Reasonably priced
Cons: none so far!
