I'm not an easy person to work with and have a tough time staying motivated with the traditional workout methods. Thankfully, Pilates is different and makes me feel so good!! In addition, they have "Gyrotonic"...another type of workout that makes me feel like a kid again with the flexibility I've gained. I've done Pilates in a few other places, but no the service and knowledge at Body Balance can't be matched.
Pros: Knowledge of Pilates, Lots of private equip, convenience
