Good atmosphere, many screens to choose from. Concession stand offers wide variety. Ambiance and setting within each theater is appropriate. Sound system is nice.

Nice theatre in a nice area. Traffic is bad, due to construction in the area, but lots of shopping and food in the area.

this theater has the best seating i've found in the triangle..i've had no problems with the visuals or sound..so i recommend ..it's been clean and people have benn nice and responsive evry time i've been here..the lines can be long for feature films, but i expected it for a theater offering this many new release films..i also thought the prices were comparable to other nice theatres in the area..yes i think it's too expensive, but no i didn't think their prices were any higher than others in the area
Pros: seating, cleanliness, selections
Cons: lines on weekends

Crossroads 20 is a very nice theater. But there are some disadvantages to the cinema. The price for a movie tends to rise. About a month ago, I'd go to see a movie and it was $5. Then today I go to see a movie and it's $5.50! I mean, that's a very high rise! And as if that's not enough, the concession prices are UNBELIEVABLE! Nobody wants to pay that damn much for POPCORN! And even sometimes, the popcorn is COLD! EWW! Although the concessions are very tasty and there's quite a selection, the prices are my complaint. I mean, $1.25 for Mini M&Ms! I can get the same thing for 1/2 that price somewhere else! The audio/visual production is very well, and there is a wide selection of movies to choose from. The seating is VERY comfortable and stadium seating ROCKS!
Pros: Seating, Movies
Cons: Prices, Popcorn

I have recently switched to this theater after having frequented Raleigh Grande. This theater is MUCH cleaner and the attendents are MUCH friendlier. I've seen two movies here so far and the sound/picture quality were excellent and at least CARY keeps their movies UPDATED on this site!!!
Pros: Clean, Good sound/picture, Great selection

For the most most my movie experience at Crossroads was very good. The biggest problem is the lines. Most times I have been there, I have had to stand in long lines for both tickets and concessions.
Pros: Comfortable
Cons: Long lines, Mediocre popcorn

Great Place to go. A lil pricey if you're not a student, but it's got nice student rates ( ~$5.50 )
Cons: Cost

I have been to every theater in Raleigh and Crossroads 20 scores the best of Raleigh for me. Most comfortable, great sound, VERY CLEAN, polite attendants, excellent sound and presentations. I refuse to go to any other theater and drive all the way from Benson. Hometechnc, never experienced what you are talking about in the hundreds of times I have been... I think you were at United in Garner
Cons: long consession line
