In March of this year I brought my fine-running '01 Acura to Morris for some preventative maintenance. Morris damaged the engine and after letting them have 2 additional attempts to fix the damage, I had to spend a lot of additional money getting the car fixed by an Acura dealer. The worst part is that Morris refused to help me pay for the additional $1700 that it cost to fix the damage.

I recently moved to CIncinnati and didn't really know where to go for car repair. Morris Automotive was close and I'd heard good things so I decided to give it a try and thankfully I did. I expect most auto repair men to be knowledgable in their field, and Morris automitve certainly is, but what I liked most about is the candid and trustworthy communication they provide. Morris automotive didn't talk down to me like many dealerships have. After troubleshooting the problem, Morris automotive informed me of the issues and then fixed them for a very fair price. These are guys you can honestly feel good doing business and I for one really appreciate their service.
