Price matched a competitor every time I come in with their price/ad with no problem. I have gotten the lowest Prices every time. Most of the employees are helpful. A young man named Tim has been the most helpful (young asian man that said he was a supervisor)everytime and has always been patient when having to explain a technical illiterate person everything I needed to know. Often I have had to call with questions and I have learned to ask for this young man Tim if I had more questions and he always answered them with patience and professionalism. He made sure I understood completely. Now there was one time I had to ask a manager a question, I think he was John or something like that - he was very short and even rude like he did not have time to listen or talk to a customer. I had not even realized he was a manger as I had seen him several times in the store and he acted a bit unprofessional. MUch different than Tim which was always there to help any customer that needed it, even helping in a dept that was short on help. That John guy would send one back to the dept and say he woudl get someone to help, and never had anyone come serve. I realized I would be sure to get help form people like Tim even if I had to call and see when he would be in....funny thing though, he has not been there the last few times I called and wondered why. Employees jsut tell you he is not there. myabe I will need to find out where he is and start shopping there..because I would rather shop where there are people like him. Sure do miss him there and really being able to shop at Best Buy. Hope he is alright and be back soon. He was a very impressive young man and would recommend him to anyone that wants to hire him for his professionalism and knowledge if he ever needs a referral. I even asked that man John one day where Tim was and he just rolled his eyes and made a face and said he was not there anymore. Poor management-which reflects on the service of store.
Pros: used to have some of the best service and personnel but something happened and it is felt by the customer
Cons: Poor management and employees seem to walk around with attitudes and sour faces and not will to help
