I have been taking my Mustang and conversion van to "the Ritz" for years and have always received friendly service and a good quality wash, wax, wheel treatment, interior cleaning. Unfortunately, the conversion van doesn't fit through the automated line and I have to call ahead to be sure they can fit a hand wash into their schedule. I have only tried their detailing service once, and it was just satisfactory, not the perfection I was expecting. But on another occasion, I pointed out that I had gotten some red clay on the carpet in the back of the van, and they made a special (and successful!) effort to remove the stain at no additional charge. Any time I have pointed out they "missed a spot" they have been very good and quick to respond to my request. If you go at a popular time, with multiple lines of cars waitting to pull up to the first service, they do get rushed and are more likely to miss a spot. If you go at a less busy time, you are more likely to receive truly excellent service. But overall I feel like I get good value for my money.
Pros: Terrific service if they are not too busy
Cons: Just average or good service if they are busy with multiple lines of cars waiting

they have a nice sign, that's about it. the prices aren't that bad compared to what i'm used to, but i didn't even think i got what i payed for. the employees are pretty apathetic about their jobs and don't do a thorough job AT ALL. after "vacuuming," there were chunks of dirt, twigs, and crumbs in my truck. it was actually messier inside than it was before. plus, they changed my seat settings and left the radio blasting some gangsta station when i got in (i like hip-hop but i don't like people bassin' out in my truck when they're supposed to be cleaning it!). as for the exterior, it was full of streaks, spots, and dirt and lint that easily rubbed off when i ran my hand over it. to me, that shows that they didn't really pay attention to whether it was getting cleaner when they went over it after the wash. do us all a favor and try some other places, then let us know if they're any better. chances are... they will be!
Pros: not as expensive as other full-service car washes
Cons: horrible quality of work, poor customer relations
