I had the unfortunate experience of having a tree fall on my 2006 Infiniti, while I was driving it! The tree took out the front-end, Passenger side front quarter, the sunroof and roof. The team at Triangle did a wonderful job at reconstructing my car so that it looks like new again. There have been a few minor issues after the repair that they were willing to take care of right away even without an appointment. I cannot "heap" enough praise on the folks at Triangle Auto Body in Durham for the work they did for me on my car.
Pros: professionalism, expertise in their field
Cons: inconvenience (mine) in having to take it to them in the first place!

After spending 20 years as a corporate executive for a fortune 100 Company and Collision Industry Consultant, our philosophy here at Triangle Auto Body is to handle ANY and ALL customer problems immediately before they become major issues. We are very proactive to ensure your experience at Triangle is a positive one. If you click on the reviewer's name to view other reviews they have written, you'll notice that the writer wrote two other comments about a competitive shop on the same day. The reviewer wrote praises about a competitor shop, and that they were at our shop, the estimate office and the main location of the competitive shop all in the same day. This is nothing more than a slanderous way of retaliation at Triangle Auto Body for having to re-repair two jobs from the competitive shop mentioned in the writer's review. They could not satisfy the vehicle owner or the insurance company paying for the repairs in these cases. The poor repairs cost them the repayment of the money they collected from the Insurance company for the original repair. The latest re-repair was delivered to the customer the week of June 11. I would encourage you to come by Triangle Auto Body and tour our facilities, and make your own comparison to any other Collision shop in the Ral-Durham-Chapel Hill area or the State of North Carolina. Compare the cleanliness, esthetics, professionalism, ICAR Platinum Trained Techs, Lexus Certification and state-of-the-art equipment of Triangle Auto Body to ALL OF OUR COMPETITORS IN THE DURHAM MARKET! Look at our website and view the consumer education video that a local news station did on "YOUR" behalf the consumer. I think the reason will become clear as to why someone would have "just cause" to cast a negative light on Triangle Auto Body. Thanks for reading.
