Editorial Review for Museum of Life and Science – by Elisabeth Bergman
In Short
The original museum already features attractions like the Apollo 15 moon lander, Megamaze and petting zoo, but Durham's Museum of Life and Science also built a butterfly house, complete with the Magic Wings tropical butterfly conservatory, seasonal Carolina Butterfly Pavilion and the Aventis CropScience insectarium. Almost every exhibit has some kind of hands-on component.

We've spent a great afternoon there... even with no kids ! The butterfly house is fantastic during the summer.
