Bought a Simmons Beauty Rest mattress at Rooms To Go that only lasted us one or two years before developing deep body impressions that caused back pain and we are not at all overweight. The no flip mattress is a scam. No flip means you can't flip it - it has no padding at all on one side. This shortens the life of mattress by half. There is no space age technology in there that makes the one side last as long as two. In fact, we have read that this mattress uses ungalvanized steel in the springs which causes them to wear out. Also the springs are "no motion" because they are separate, only sewed together, not wired together. They start to lean and separate after about one year and then its misery to sleep on. Complaints about this mattress are all over internet, and Simmons does not honor the ten year warrenty. This store should stop selling it. Our chiropractor recommended Original Mattress Factory. They make their own mattresses and they show you what's inside - the springs are wired together and you can flip their mattresses so you actually get two sides. My sisters bought a Simmons Beauty Rest mattress for my parents for my Dad's 90th birthday, and it hurts me to realize that in a year my parents' backs will hurt after we all chipped in and paid over $1,000 for that mattress.

Their ad says delivery in days, not months. However, I did not get my furniture delivered for a month after I ordered. The day that the furniture was delivered I took a day off of work and they delivered the wrong couch. When I told them that this was the wrong couch, one of the three delivery drivers began screaming at me. They said they would not take the couch with them. I told them that I did not want the couch b/c I did not want to be responsible for something happening to the couch while I waited for the correct couch to be delivered and the delivery man became very irate. I asked one of the other drivers what his name was and he said that he had just worked with him the one day and did not know his name (obviously not true). They finally agreed to take the wrong couch with them and then they just dumped the rest of my furniture in the living room without setting it up. I called customer service and they would not work with me on the days to redeliver. I could not take any more time off of work and I told them that I could be available the following Friday, if they could deliver in the AM, and they said they could not accomodate me, they would not promise a morning delivery. I went to the store to speak with my sales person who acted very sympathetic and said he would call me the next day after seeing if there was anything he could do. He never called. I have already paid for my couch and I have no idea when it will be delivered. They made me wait a month, then delivered the wrong couch and now they refuse to work with me on a day that I can be home. They don't care about their customers at all. I almost didn't buy furniture at Rooms to Go b/c I heard so many horror stories about their customer service - apparently the stories were true. I also heard my salesman saying that "this has to stop happening" which I took to mean that they deliver the wrong furniture often.

Cons: horrible service, do not care about customers
