I completely agree with the previous review. The workers at this place are so unkind. They just seem mad every time I go in there and I have no idea why. Also if you drive to the store and need to park at metered parking spot, bring your own quarters because Sir Speedy will not even make change for you even if you are there to use their services!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! So, if you need printing services, go to Kinko's which is a couple of blocks down the street or use NCSU's copy machines with the Wolf Copy card. I wish I had something good to say about them but I don't. I've also gone several times and I feel crappy every time I leave that place.

If you are looking for a place where the workers are friendly and accommodating, then look elsewhere. Usually, the staff at Sir Speedy are in the back room doing something else and it will usually take a minute or two before they even notice you are there. And if they are there in front and doing something else, they will completely ignore you until it is convenient for them to "tend" to your needs. You will never get any sort of cordial greeting upon entering or when leaving the store. It almost seems like they are upset with you for coming in. Now, you may say, well maybe they were just having a bad day when you went. I too thought this and have come back on numerous occasions thinking the service may be better or maybe the other workers are better but that was not the case. Every single time I went there which was about 5 times, it was the same poor service. And whoever wrote the previous comment about the exceptional service, has to be an employee there. Many of my colleagues who have also gone there have expressed the same observations. My recommendation is if you have any printing needs, go to Kinko's which is right down the street or if you are a student at State, get a Wolf Copy card and there are copy machines all over campus. -NC State student
