Editorial Review for Amedeo's – by Kristine Forrest Seawell

In Short
This Italian gem knows how to cater to customers: Budget-minded students love the reasonable prices and unpretentious atmosphere while locals keep coming back for the baked ziti, cheesecake and cannoli. Pizza is also a hit--the homemade crust and unique toppings win over diners who crave variety. There's no question where loyalties lie here--the decor features plenty of Wolfpack kitsch, but the food is tasty enough to distract even the most diehard Blue Devil.

I went to Amedeo's last week. Our meal was perfect. We had a pizza called the momma d's pizza. It was incredible !!!! The blue cheese dressing is homeade. The dressing was so good that we bought some to take home. I love the rustic look. Raleigh and Cary have way too many chains. you gotta visit this place. It is an old school restaurant. Will go back.
