I have had the WORST experience with this company, EVER! They have been nothing but rude to me since I rented a home from them first of all. I sent my rent in one month, and asked them to hold it for ONE day, and they failed to do that. They also send their rent money checks straight to a confidential bank, so you don't even know when its processed, and if you have any questions or concerns about your payment, they can't answer any questions. They can't keep up with the payments that you make, and I had one gentleman named CARL call me and harrass me at work, and talk to me with total and utmost DISRESPECT, and I will NEVER, and I repeat NEVER use these people again, nor would I recommend it to anyone unless you plan on having to deal with disrespect! Take your money and spend it with someone that treats you right! Note to VG Murray...You need to hire better employees and work on your CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

We used V G Murray to help us find an apartment after just getting married. Carl found us a great apartment in the Raleigh downtown area for a superb price. Being on a limited budget as newlyweds, we appreciated the individual care that we were given and we very satisfied with our find. We would use them again any day. Thanks guys!
