Great service, professional and friendly while letting you browse alone if you want. Well priced and they offer layaway as well as brief holds. Good selection and well organized in sizes.

We give our consignors a specific time period to pick up thier clothing. With close to 7000 consignors, we cannot afford to use our space to indefinitely hold on to unsold clothing, nor do we have the staff to call each one to remind them to pick up unsold items. As stated in the contract our consignors agree to and sign, we do everything we can to sell your items within a specific amount of time. If the consignor wishes to take home thier unsold items, we give them a reminder slip for them to attach to thier calendar stating when they need to call to ask us to have their items ready to be picked up. It was unfortunate that we could not sell her items, but if she had requested her clothing within a reasonable amount of time, her clothing would have been waiting for her. If she had even called to let us know she was going to be delayed, her clothing would have been here waiting for her. We cannot control the actions of others, so we follow the rules of our contract and donate unclaimed items to non-profit organizations such as the Oxford Orphanage which houses children up to the second year of college.
