In Short
This place gets the creative juices flowing. The space exudes an artsy feel, featuring ceramic pieces displayed throughout and workstations with stencils, paints, brushes and sponges. All you do is select a pottery piece, paint it and leave it behind so the staff can fire it. Pick it up several days later. Prices range from $5 to about $40. The studio also offers clay classes and gives special rates for groups and parties.

This place is a cool, fun way to spend an afternoon or evening. You can work at your own pace and visit with friends while creating artwork in the process. I also think they have a great selection of pieces to choose from.

Pros: fun, friendly, entertaining, reasonably priced

Amazing Glaze is a great place to go with friends to relax and have fun. They have varied and useful items to paint for yourself or for gifts. They've even pulled out catalogs to special order items. The best part is the relaxing atmosphere and helpful employees. We brought in a bottle of wine and had a totally enjoyable experience!
