I work in arts administration, and we have used Mort's in the past for various awards, ribbons, etc. However, the last time we used them will be the last time we ever use them. We put in an order for ribbons to go on name tags and 6 awards to be given at a ceremony. It took two calls and an in-person visit just to motivate them enough to find where the ribbons were, and they totally dropped the ball on the awards. On both of the aforementioned calls I had made, they assured me the awards would be ready by the ceremony. When I called back again, they admitted that the order was never submitted, and they couldn't find a suitable replacement to be ready in time for the ceremony. They do good work, but you have to hold them by the hand through the entire process to ensure you'll get your stuff on time. Their office is always a mess with papers strewn everywhere. It's easy to see how one's order can get lost in all that disorganization. I suggest you use someone else, unless you have the time to constantly check in with them.
Pros: Everything they produce ends up looking alright.
Cons: You might have an easier time making the awards yourself.
