Probably the best store in the area for finding something of really high quality that is unique and sure to please your wife or girlfriend. You can walk in there and find something in 10 minutes that you won't find anywhere else. The service is great too!

I have shopped at Ivy Cottage for many years and have been a very good customer. Great place to find home accessories and gifts but I have to tell you the service can be very inconsistent. I have had some great really nice ladies help me but the manager at the Cary store is downright rude. She obviously has no idea how to speak to customers and make them feel welcome. If you have a question on an item she makes you feel like you are just downright bothering her and has a very curt demeaning way of speaking to you. She is hardly friendly and I honestly don't know how he could work in a customer service business.
Pros: Nice merchandise, good parking
Cons: Bad customer service
