Fontaine has done a wonderful job, not only maintaining the lawn and keeping it nicely cut, but they have down a fantastic job in landscaping. The flower beds are gorgeouse and very well kept, along with the big flower pots around the house. I absolutely love the plant/flower combinations used in our yard.

Well I wish they would show up!

Late for appointment twice after a no-show the first time. Talked about some ideas but they overlooked a very basic point that affected the whole design. I couldn't trust judgment after that. Look elsewhere.

Fontaine has not met with this individual- going by the name ‘Treedom’. In fact, the person is fictitious and we firmly believe it rather to be a competitor’s ill-attempt to discredit the reputation of this company and many other landscape companies in the area. Looking into the user’s profile you can see a history of false reviews intended to defame good landscape providers, many posted on the same day- (the house must be gigantic to need all that work). On a positive note… this incident provided a chance to reach out to my fellow piers and talk not only about this incident, but about important issues that our industry faces today and ways we each take to provide our own spin on good if not great customer service. Funny- according to all the reviews made by ‘Treedom’- we can assume that she is: a grandmother who likes to go bowling, drink beer at sadlacks and apparently is very knowledgeable about irrigation as she can rip out irrigation pipes out of the ground with her bare hands!
