While it is true that there is a lot of fake "Horrah!" in this "school" it is more whoupla to hide the fact that what you are learning is minimal. The only reviews that don't look canned here coincide with my experience, which that this school is all for for money, none for the education. It is obvious that either the instructor either directed his students to write the canned promotions of the school, or his staff wrote them in the first place. I agree that there is good cardio work,...BUT this is not being promoted as Cardio Boxing, it is being promoted as a Martial Arts school, which IMHO it is not, or at least not a good one. The students' skills looked far less proficient then their belt would suggest. Colored belts had rigid mechanical motion, not the flowing motion I expect from a martial artist on level. There are cheaper gyms to get the same or better cardio workouts. If cardio is what you want, go to one of them. If you want martial arts, I would suggest a school, but this is not the forum for it. All the rules here let me tell you is find a real martial arts school, not this place.

I have trained at White Tiger for over 8 years and have enjoyed my time there. I find I am challenged with improving my skills daily and improving my cardiovascular health. I am inspired by the instructors who come from Korea (the country where Taekwondo originated) and inspire me to challenge myself and improve my skills. Several different martial arts are offered by top notch instructors so you are guarenteed to be learning from one of the best. It is a facility that offers a well rounded exercise program (weight training, martial arts classes and exercise equipment). I highly recommend this school!
