Block and Assoc. rented my home for me while I was in Ireland, and charged me $126.00 an month to deposit my mortgage into my acct. Well, it's now July 26 my rent still has not been paid for July, and Block and ASSoc. are saying it's my banks fault because they deposited the monies. They cannot show me a deposit receipt or a copy showing that the money they deposited cleared their acct. They just continue to point fingers instead of making phone calls to find out where their so called deposit went. I would not recommend Block and ASSoc. relocation services to ANYONE! I'm pulling my hair out trying to resolve this issue from 3500 miles away, even though I pay Block and ASSoc. to collect payment and deposit funds.How hard can that be .By the way,our tenants account was deducted almost 30 days ago.Where is the money? STAY AWAY !!!!!!Find any other company to hire. P.S. Our "agent" is also a part-time "life-coach",wonder if she is any better at that?
Cons: NO SERVICE, They only want your contract....no return calls etc.
