We purchased a 2004 A4 from this dealership, this is our second Audi from Leith Audi. The Sales staff is very friendly and nice, but the purchasing process took forever. Nobody should have to sit for 4+ hours just to negotiate a price and get approved. The service department is outstanding, I have nothing but great things to say about them.

I bought a 2000 A4 new from Leith. The buying experience was pleasant...relatively speaking...I even scored a stainless coffee mug just for asking....though not extraordinary. Where this dealership really shines is in the service. They have a very cordial, helpful staff, and a waiting area that makes me not mind if the service is going to take an extra hour.
