I've had some bad eye-doctor experiences, but I went to see Dr. K based on reviews I found here and elsewhere. Friendly staff is highly important to me, and these folks couldn't be any nicer. They all know what they're doing and they all take the time to talk, which is rare to find, especially in doctors. I never felt rushed...and I felt heard. The men in the glasses shop were great about finding the right frame for me. I honestly couldn't have had a better experience!
Pros: friendly and knowledgable staff
Cons: range of available frames was good but not excellent

This office moved from Capital Blvd to a MUCH more convenient location at the intersection of Strickland and Creedmoor Rd. MUCH more professional office and nicer area!!! The doctors are very caring and willing to accommodate my busy schedule. A friend of mine was even seen on a Saturday for an emergency appointment. (Something was in her eye) The staff was very helpful answering my insurance questions and not sour faced people that you see at some offices. When my husband was looking at glasses the optician's took SO much time with him, helping him pick the perfect pair. We will definitely recommend this office to all our family and friends! A great experience all around.
