I had a massage and facial at this beautiful spa this past Saturday. The spa is lovely and relaxing. I was very impressed with the massage with Jeff. He was professional, friendly, provided an excellent service, and was very attentive to meet customer needs. I could not say enough about him and would go back to this spa just for him! The facial I had was disappointing, to say the very least. I have had facials all over the country and used to work at a world class spa so I've had them all from outstanding to beginner quality. The service that Dana provided was very mechanical and cold. While she even went to the trouble to ask me in the beginning why I get facials and I replied ' to relax', she still didn't get it. She whipped through each step as if she could not wait to get it over with. When she first walked in to see me and after the few moments of letting me sit and relax with the mask on my face, she came back both times and smelled like peanut butter. She made a ton of noise all the time in the background with opening and closing cabinets, and just plain seemed annoyed that someone was even there. I would NOT go back to her again, but would consider letting the spa redeem itself and trying out another tech. While I feel she knew what she was doing, I did not at all feel like she liked her job and was just going through the motions.

I had a massage at B Roman Day Spa last month on a Saturday, my only day to relax of the week and my experience from start to finish was more than words can describe. Overall I rate B Roman Day Spa an 11 out of 10. The spa is elegant, peaceful, well designed and tranquil in feel. I've been to several other Spas in Raleigh, Cary and believe I have finally found the day spa for all of my wants. These guys offer facials, pedicures, full body therapy, massages, and I think the owner is a Cidesco trained esthesician, which is top of the line quality. They have two locations in Cary and convenient to Morrisville, RTP, Durham, Chapel Hill and all of Raleigh / Triangle. I highly recommend B Roman Day Spa.
