Charlotte A. Michie is an independent practitioner in Raleigh, NC. I take a practical approach to understanding individuals. My role is to assist you in finding a solution to your issues. I have found using Energy Psychology tools such as EFT and Seemorg Matrix Works have been beneficial for clients in making their desired self-change. I endeavor to find a way where you can receive the maximum benefit from our working together. Some people already have a good idea as to what they need to do to change their inner landscape; they need a consultant to encourage. Some other people need specific instructions on "how do you ..." ; they need a skills trainer to educate. And others need space where the therapist gently guides them as they examine their life, so they can learn that they are "okay" and they can choose to live a life in the present moment that has meaning for them.
