I'd never tried acupuncture before, but after several doctor-prescribed medications failed to help with my acid reflux, I went in for several sessions with Toby Helmstetter. I was amazed at how much better I felt after only a few sessions. About a month later, my acid was gone and hasn't come back since (it's been a couple of years now!). The environment is very relaxing and everyone there is friendly, knowledgeable and professional. The individual sessions are very relaxing and, as a previous reviewer said, don't worry about the needles! I was tremendously impressed with how much time Toby spent just asking questions before making a diagnosis and starting treatment. I highly recommend Triangle Acupuncture Clinic!

I have been visiting Triangle Acupuncture Clinic for several years and I highly recommend it, even if you have never tried acupuncture before. The entire staff is knowledgeable, accessible, friendly, and professional. The clinic atmosphere IMMEDIATELY calms me down from the busy world outside and adds to my positive experience. I never feel like I'm being rushed in or out of the clinic; in fact, Toby Helmstetter, LAC, always encourages me to take my time leaving the treatment room after my session. I have referred many people to the clinic and will continue to do so. We are so lucky to have Triangle Acupuncture Clinic in our area. Go see them, really! And don't be afraid of the needles. The needles are not bad at all.
