Editorial Review for Oliver Twist Tapas Restaurant & Martini Lounge – by Laura Rudolph
In Short
Don't be disturbed by the strip-mall setting: once you step inside you're in another world. Contemporary lighting in spicy hues of cinnamon and amber cast a warm glow over a large sleek bar, oversized leather couches and low tables. Richly textured pillows, unique artwork and swaths of fabric draped from the ceiling provide the perfect backdrop for the bar's weekend entertainment: belly dancing. You'll find a full wine selection, draft beer and more than 20 signature martinis.

How many bad reviews does a restaurant have to receive before a citysearch visitor can view at a glance that it is not a recommended restaurant? This restaurant is earning quite a reputation for actually ripping off its customers, and it should have a lower number of stars than 4 1/2 stars. This is a disgrace on citysearch. The powers that be on this website should be more responsible about the rating system. 17 good reviews to 11 highly negative reviews does not equal such a high rating if you ask me.
Cons: They steal from their guests

I had a similar experience as the last reviewer. I was charged almost double what the menu price was and when we said something to the manager (or whoever he was) he simply said it was a typo and we needed to pay the the higher price. Needless to say, we did pay it, but we wont be going back. It is pretty sad when a restaurant has to stoop so low as to try and steal from their customers. The food wasnt that good anyway.
Pros: Not sure
Cons: Bad smell, management will over charge you, food is average at best.
