Gift certificates to Iatria are the begining and end of my Christmas list. They have created a comfortable and relaxing experience that begins the moment you walk through the door. I take a good book and chill in the 'relaxation room' after a steam shower or a few minutes in the sauna before my massage. The staff is friendly and accomodating, the facilities are spotlessly clean, and the massage is my idea of heaven.
Pros: Everything about Iatria gets a thumbs up from me.
Cons: The parking in Renaissance is almost non-existent.

Iatria is by far the best Spa in the Triangle. They have by far some of the most sought after experienced massage therapists in the area. All the staff are exceptionally experienced. The best part of every experience is the way all the therapists keep you updated and informed on products and services. Now that the MedSpa is there they have an even wider range of skncare treatments and options. My regular Esty Kathryn has set out a one of a kind skincare program that is keeping my skin amazing. I love it its the first time in years I have gone without make-up.
Pros: having four locations
Cons: Not being able to get an appointment as its it books up so fast
