Ohlala does a wonderful job grooming my toy poodle. The staff always remembers him and they groom him exactly as I ask. I love that they keep the dogs in the open kennels in the front of the shop…it seems much more comfortable and less stressful for the dogs.
Pros: Open kennels up front, friendly staff, dog comes home looking great
Cons: the first time I took him in he came home not smelling super great...but since then he's come home very clean and smelling nice

My visit to oohlala pet spa was great. Everyone that worked there was very nice and went out of there way to please me. My pets hair cut was perfect and she really seemed to enjoy her visit. I will return and tell everyone i know with pets to visit them.
Pros: nice owner and employees
Cons: none that i noticed
