I used Kim for my wedding day and LOVED my hair. It turned out great and I am very picky with my hair. Since I'm not local, I can't go to her that often. But, when I do I think she does a great job. I would highly recommend her. I also like that she doesn't make you wait when you go in for your appointment.

I moved here and started with a great haircut from where I used to live. Over the months as Kim cut my hair it began to take a new shape. One I did not like. I asked her about it and she reluctantly recut it. It looked ok. The second time it happened and I asked he about it she just added insult to injury and implied that I was being unreasonable and did not understand what was really happening with my hair. The third time and the final time was a disaster. I asked her to correct the cut and just give me what I had from the start. She was condescending and almost rude. With an attitude that she was doing me a favor. I vowed not to go back; feeling that I was " causing the problem". Well, after a number of months I found someone new to cut my hair. I had let it grow out to a point where I could hopefully get it corrected. I was reluctant and concerned that perhaps I was being to assertive " asking for what I want" and was very low key. While she looked at my hair and actually listened to me it all made sense. Kim had given me four different cuts and none of it blended! One side of my hair was rounded and cut very deep with texturizing; not layers, as she insisted she had given me. The other side was squared and quite uneven with chunks here and there. The texturizing is so uneven and deep in places it makes my hair look thin. It is not generally. I am really disappointed with the whole thing. Until I met this new person , I was beating myself up! Thinking I did not know what I wanted or how to communicate it! Not so, I know exactly what I want and that someone who knows what they are doing can understand it. I am on the way to getting it back to how great it can be. But even though that makes me happy I am really upset that all this time I let her intimidate me or suggest that what I wanted was asking too much. Her attitude and her " I am doing you a favor better than thou attitude really ruins it. I would not go back nor ever recommend her.
