I went on a Saturday, paid $22.00 for a wash which included vaccuming and cleaning the inside. They have too many different packages to choose from so I went with a middle of the road package but I still felt like this was too much to spend. You have to wait in your car for an available space to pull into, they don't do this for you. Once inside they do have a nice waiting room with TV, one computer and lots of magazines. Unfortunately while my car was being washed it started to rain outside. The guy at the register told me to bring it back the next day so they could re-wash it for free. My husband and I brought our cars to be washed at the same time, his car went in first, but for some reason mine was done about 15 mins before his. We were the last two cars, apparently when it rains they just close up. Needless to say they hadn't done much to either of our cars, the wheels were still very dirty, they didn't use any tire shine which was included in the package, and they didn't use any dressing on the dash. I had spilled a little coffee around the cup holders and it was still there. So we had to go back the next day and complain, they apologized and re-washed the cars. They still didn't get all the dirt off the wheels, so we had to mention that a second time and get those re-done. For all this trouble and inconvenience, I can't wait until water restrictions are lifted so I can just wash my car myself.

I typically don't bother to go out of my way to write about a certain business but in this case I am so ticked off that i would like to share it with the public to save there time and money. I went to scruffy duck about an hour ago I told the girl that I would like my car cleaned inside and out. She rang a reciept up for about 32.00 which i did feel was rather cheap. I got in my car it looked like they had vacuumed and slightly wiped down the dash board and of course the wash on the outside of the car which left water drops all over my windows. I called the manager to ask him exactly what the package I bought included he told me the car was to be vacuumed, windows cleaned, and a dusted dashboard. I was still wiping dust off with my hand. Had I known that my car would have looked exactly the same ( aside from being vacuumed) I would have paid my little brother to clean it for me. I thought inside and out ment inside and out. I would also like to point out that i would have paid whatever the cost to have my car cleaned correctly. When things don't meet your expectations you talk with the manger in the hopes that the second time around they get it right. However, In this case the manager was EXTREMLY rude. He didn't even want to say he was the manager just "how can I help you" and then didn't seem intrested that I was not satisfied with my car and hung up in my face. I will never return to scruffy duck again.
