I took my light colored silk jacket to this cleaners, which claimed they could use water on silk. When I went to pick it up, there were dark lines all over the jacket. The manager said they were from pressing and would fix it. The second time I went to pick the jacket up, they couldn't find it. I had to return the next day and the jacket still had dark lines on it. This time the manager admitted it was from the washing process - that the dye came out in the water and settled back in on the jacket. He said they needed to soak it further. When I went to get the jacket the last time - after two weeks, it felt like cardboard and there were still lines on it, only fainter. I said I would take the jacket to another cleaners - I did not ask for any money for the ruined jacket. The owner, Bill, came out and started yelling at me that the jacket was "filthy" when I brought it in. I told him to just give me my jacket and he said "no, we are going to look at it". I had already looked at it and did not need to be further insulted, so I insisted that he give me my jacket back! He ripped the plastic covering off the jacket and shoved it at me. Summary: I had to go back 5 times and in the end the jacket is ruined and I had to suffer being insulted and intimidated by the owner, even though the manager had earlier admitted that their washing process had caused the dark lines. Avoid this place at all costs.
Cons: Ruined my silk jacket by washing it, then tried to intimidate me when I said it didn't look good.

H2Only Cleaners is by far the best cleaner I have ever used for my clothing. The owners have a hand in the day to day operation of their business and go the extra mile to provide outstanding customer service and satisfaction. Their pick up and delivery service is always on time. My clothes always come back in perfect condition without missing or broken buttons. Their use of all water based chemicals seems to extend the life of my clothes as well as help our environment. I highly recommend this cleaners to anyone looking for quality and service at an extremely reasonable price.
