I had called for a afternoon pickup to the airport. The driver failed to arrive on time, I had to call them to inform them of that and then they sent someone else to pick me up. I wanted to pay by credit card which they accepted (but at a flat pre-nego rate). Its been 2 weeks they haven't charged my card. Being a corporate card I can't file my expenses at work until they charge it (I have already called them twice regarding this). I wouldnt use them again.

for our trip to the airport, we enjoyed the ontime and corteous ride with nc taxi.
