Editorial Review for Nantucket Cafe & Grill – by Kelly Ferguson
In Short
Disregard the fact that Nantucket's large deck overlooks Highway 54 instead of the Atlantic--you'll still be swept away by the restaurant's nautical theme and tranquil atmosphere. Aqua walls, large deli cases and tile help define the space. Eat up American style with deli sandwiches, fried seafood, hamburgers, soups, salads and items like chicken pot pie. When available, try the hearty pasta salad with chicken, pine nuts, feta cheese and lettuce with basil lemon vinaigrette.

Had a wonderful time at Nantucket Grill on Saturday night. Menu had a variety of options and the service was exceptional. We asked to be served promptly since we had a time constraint and were provided the right amount of attention and not felt rushed. Food was delicious and displayed nicely on the plate. I'm sure we will be going back.
Pros: Great Service
Cons: Dinner rolls could be tastier

Can't understand all the bad reviews I just read about this place. It can't be the same place we had dinner last night. My first eat-in experience here (have gotten Lobster Rolls to go in the past) and was delighted. We stopped to get their Lobster Rolls but then I saw Fried Clams with bellies on the menu. I had that with the fish and chips and was in heaven. How can anyone eat the dessert? I was so stuffed, I couldn't move. My date had the scallops and said it was good (but what does someone from New York know about seafood). The fish (and there was plenty of it) melted in your mouth and the clams reminded me of eating them raw from a stream in Hyannis. I will be back.
Pros: Food, Moderately priced,
Cons: wish was closer to Cary
