I finally do see "real" reviews about this dentist and I agree. If you are ready to spend around $2500 or much more if you don't have insurance for 1 tooth for root canal AND a crown (which is required) then go ahead. Oh, and while they are doing the procedure, they may just come up with another reasoning that they have to perform something...like a mini surgery, etc. . and wont tell you the price while you are in the chair. The work being done is good, no complaints on that. However, how dare you do not tell your patient that if "A" procedure is required, then this will be extra $___, etc. If you have thousands and thousands to spend, or money coming out of your nose, etc, then go ahead. Absolutely rip off, and seems like they don't want to save teeth, they want procedures :)

Cons: Charge way too much

I have to agree with two of the recent reviewers. I only went in for a cleaning, and they found a number of things wrong with my teeth that my previous dentist (who I just saw 6 months ago before moving here) had never seen. I ended up getting a second opinion as well, and they said only one of my teeth needed a small filling instead of the huge amount of work they said I needed done. They did not explain what they needed to do in laymans terms (even after I asked for a better explanation!) which made it even more frustrating, they just wanted me to come back for a ton of work. Comparitively speaking the prices are very high (I checked around with several other local practices in addition to the one where I sought a second opinion). Their front desk staff also made me very upset. They were very rude to me and some of the other patients I saw coming through. In my mind this is still a business and the customers need to be treated with respect - they are the ones who pay the bills! Ttwo of the girls made very derogatory comments about other patients as soon as they walked out - right in front of me and other patients! They actually did this when I was checking in AND checking out, which makes me wonder what they said about me after I left! Someone needs to work with them on customer/patient service skills, or get a new staff all together. They make the business come across as very unprofessional. I am changing dentists, definitely, and I would recommend staying away from this practice.

Pros: Office, good technicians

Cons: Terrible front desk staff, high prices, questionable practice
