Without a doubt, Sarah Honer at Spira Pilates is one of the best Pilates teachers I have ever encountered. She is concientious, patient and well trained and is extremely adept at adjusting your sessions to whatever your physical needs might be at the time. I had chronic low back pain for many years and Sarah has helped me overcome it with ease.
