With its basic furniture and lighting, Suchi takes simplicity to an extreme. Only a few splashes of Indian art adorn the walls, but plenty of booth space promises comfortable dining. A variety of South Indian dishes dazzle if you choose the buffet. In addition to the curried vegetables, naan (bread), a variety of rice dishes (plain, flavored, with nuts), Indian condiments, fruit and cucumbers or you can request South India's signature item, the masala dosa.

I was there in Suchi (famous Indian Restaurant) in June first week.I was very happy with the food and service. Actually I got a pass from one Nepali guy who studies in Louisiana University. As being his professor, he told me to go Suchi if I want a best indian food in USA. So I was on my way, and I am very pleased with service and food, especially Chef who is owner also, was very good. I have heard about him from my student. Anyway, i recommend all the indian food lovers to go there, if they want best of the best............

My husband and I went for lunch as he had heard from an Indian co-worker that it was the best Indian food in the Triangle. The buffet was wonderful with a good variety and very fresh food. The service was excellent. The older guy whom I assume is owner or manager, did kind of hover but was very polite. They brought piping hot bread to our table straight from the oven which was a nice touch. The restaurant itself is very clean and decently decorated. If you like Indian food, I would definitely recommend this place.
Pros: Great food, nice restaurant, good service
Cons: None that I could see
