Namaste Yoga Center is the best place to practice power yoga. Absolutely all instructors are fabulous. This studio is perfect for anyone who is looking for a challenging but relaxing class. I also like that you do not have to register for sessions there. Come when you feel like doing some yoga and do not lose money if you have to go on a business trip, have a cold, etc. If you have never practiced power yoga before or are a true yogi come to Namaste Yoga Center. I highly recommend it. I also recommend to try their workshops. Every one I attended was a success.

Since beginning classes 3 weeks ago, I have totally fallen in love with yoga. The yogi instructors are excellent in both skill and guidance. I highly recommend Namaste Yoga Center to anyone interested in learning or continuing their yoga practice.
Pros: knowledgeable teacher, excellent environment, convienent class time
