I cannot say enough about Advanced Healthcare Solutions. I have been a patient of Marc's for several years now. I went to Marc for overall general health and also with fertility issues. My overall health has improved tremendously and I have been able to get pregnant twice since receiving acupuncture. One of my favorite things about the office is that I can also get massages there. It's an amazing atmosphere and I always feel like Marc knows exactly what is going on with me and how to treat any issues I have on any given day. I would -- and have many times -- highly recommend Advanced Healthcare Solutions to anyone looking for a peaceful and supportive environment to receive great holistic healthcare.

Overall I was unhappy with Advanced Healthcare. With just two acupuncturist (one trainee) the facility was overworked. While experienced I felt misled into thinking he was more experienced with my particular issue than he actually is. I felt pressured to have more sessions than I could afford. While the DOM was responsive to my concerns he was not consistent. At each session I was asked the same questions that had been asked of me before, which led me to believe they were too preoccupied to remember my case. When I would question his advice I felt condescended and that my point of view was irrelevant. The products on sale were overpriced and I felt pressured to purchase them. On the whole I feel the staff have good intentions but not the means to provide a quality service that fits the needs of the customer.
Pros: Friendly Staff, Warm Atmosphere
Cons: Overpriced, Inadequate Service, Pressured Sales
