I have tryed several studios in the area looking to really understand Pilates and get the full benifit from it. I have FINALLY found an instructor that truelly understands Pilates and even more can relay that to her students. I am now pain free in my lower back and am using my core correctly. I will not go elsewhere. Do not be fooled by other facilitys that really do not know how to "TEACH" pilates.
