This place was disappointing. The food was mediocre (at best) but unfortunately we had a Citipass coupon that we tried to use there. I ordered the spaghetti putenesca (which was not fresh pasta and they didn't even have the anchovies that they had advertised) and my wife and son ordered a pizza which was not too bad, but nothing great either. The waiter (not his fault, it was the managers fault for not telling him) didn't tell us up front that they wouldn't honor the coupon for pizza. We showed him the coupon when we first sat down, and he said no problem. After the bill comes out, THEN they say that pizza doesn't count as an entree. We told them that they should be upfront about policies like that and the coupon said nothing about it, however it fell on deaf ears and it cost us $50 for a mediocre meal that would easily have been beaten by a $35 meal at Carrabas.
Pros: None
Cons: Poor customer service, mediocre food

Ate here about a year ago when in the area looking at houses, and I remember not being impressed with the food. Decided to get take out because my spouse was in the area already and I was too ill to cook. Ordered the penne primavera, thinking it would be one of the healthier options due all the vegetables in the dish. Instead it was drenched in a ton of butter. I suspect the vegetables were once frozen, due to the lack of color in them and the fact that they were all overcooked and soggy. There were no fresh tomatoes in the dish as the menu promised. The bread was chewy and soggy, so clearly it wasn't fresh either. I didn't even bother to eat the salad which looked dry as if it had been prepared hours ago. I think I'd even choose the Olive Garden over this food.
