the physician and the nurse I had contact with were excellent. The office staff at my first appointment were not friendly. When I called for a follow-up which they had said was to be in 3-4 months the office staff held very firm stating there was no way possible an appointment could be made in less than 6 months out. They were also very, very rude. There are plenty of dermatologists in the area. Pick somewhere that you will be able to interact with good nurses and doctors and pleasant office staff. This will not be your spot for both.
Pros: very good nurse and physician
Cons: office staff take this dermatology office out of the options, so rude

Blue Ridge called me to reschedule an appointment due to a conflict on their side. That was fine, except for the fact that the earliest appointment they had was over 6 months later! I really liked the doctor and the medical staff, so I hated to leave for another practice, but I was very disatisified with the long waits for appointments and the attitude of the office staff. I was a patient there for over 3 years and they treated me like I was not at all important to them.
Pros: Doctors
Cons: Office staff, long waits.
