Well, I have seen 2 reviews on Rhea. She is my stylist. I can't help but say how great she has been. I have been going to her for 2 years. I like Aveda, and the color chosen for my hair is perfect. Rhea is perky but happy and very conversational. I like Aveda products but I don't really care to get a pedicure or manicure there. I have never gotten one only because the salon is not set up for it. As far as hair, color, and service, Aveda is top notch . Not sure about pedicures and manicures though.
Pros: Rhea, close to my house
Cons: not set up for pedicures/manicures

I have been really pleased with Holly's personality and skills for waxing treatments. I recently had to have Aloha since it was Holly's day off, and I was very disappointed. She didn't do a good job and I had very red, bumpy, painful skin for a while afterward (which never happens to me). I will definitely only go back when Holly is working. She's great.
