Well, where should we begin? Batts and Ramsey moved their office in January 07 and failed to adequately notify us of the address change. Payments were mailed to the old address, failing to be forwarded to the new address and returned to us almost one month later by the postage service marked "undeliverable". When we contacted Batts and Ramsey to inquire about our payments being returned to us, they pretty much laughed it off and admitted that they had indeed moved their office. This was the final straw as far as we were concerned. The lack of return calls, the unaddressed building issues and the all over failure to act professionally is more than we are willing to accept. Unfortunately, we would not be able to recommend Batts and Ramsey.
Pros: Price was reasonable.
Cons: Now we know why the price was reasonable.

I am an owner of a townhome managed by Batts & Ramsey. Recently they have started doing repairs on the exterior and things are starting to look really nice. They might have not returned phonecalls in the past but it's becuase they have been planning on doing all these improvements. The property value around here is going to be climbing soon after they are done.
