Rick helped us through a particularly tough buying time with our first ever home purchase, and we have nothing but the highest praise. I find it hard to even think that anyone else out there could come close to the time and energy and effort that this man put in for us. Way to go Rick! This man will change your life!

We used Rick to sell and buy a house, and felt very lucky to have found him. He'll work his heart out for you, and is a straight shooter. He won't overstate your house's value to get your business. He gets people to your house , weeds out the buyers that will waste precious time, and can bring the good ones up to your price. Rick is who you want when you run into a difficult buyer, or have work that needs done. He knows the good tradesmen, inspectors etc. and gets stuff done fast, which means you make your closings. We tried for sale by owner to save money, but will never do it again. The commission we paid Rick was one of the best things we've spent money on. He really earned it, and all of our business in the future. CS
