We reserved Capital Style for our wedding and had a terrible experience. The limo arrived 45 minutes late, and while directions had been provided numerous times, I was forced to lead the driver the entire way to and from the church. The limo was dirty with empty bottles from a previous guest and dirty glasses. When we called to give feedback, the owner was extremley rude, offered no explanation or policy. He had zero customer service skills and no interest in wanting to make a customer happy. Do not use!!!

I had a wonderful experience using Capital Style a few weeks ago when my flight at RDU was cancelled and I had to be in Philly the next morning. The driver was on time, he was very friendly and professional, and the ride was smooth and extremely comfortable. I definitely recommend Capital Style for both business and personal activities. It was a very pleasant and stress-free experience, and I arrived in Philly with a few hours to spare!
